Enrollment Process: Timelines for Enrollment
Annual Election Period (AEP)
  • Begins October 15th
  • Ends December 7th
       Special Enrollment Period (SEP)
  • Time frames vary, depending on enrollment exception
Initial Coverage Election Period (ICEP)
  • Begins 3 months prior to your 65th Birthday
  • Ends 3 months following your birthday month

To Become Appointed To Sell Our Programs

FamilyCare contracts with general agents to sell our programs. Please contact one of the agencies below to become appointed to sell our plans.

We require that you complete our paperwork and have current Errors and Omissions Insurance and a current license in the state of Oregon. Complete the AHIP Basic Medicare training (https://www.medicareonlinetraining.com/Default.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fFinalExam.aspx), and complete a product training from FamilyCare.
