To search by zip code, type in the zip code you need in the search field. To view a list of the 285 pharmacies contracted with FamilyCare, check the Provider/Pharmacy Directory.

The website is not necessarily updated daily; therefore, before selecting a participating doctor or hospital, be sure to verify your particular doctor or hospital is still in the network. If your provider is not listed or you have additional questions about finding a provider, please contact our Customer Service Representatives at (866) 798-CARE (2273) or (503) 345-5702 Monday through Friday 8 am to 8 pm.
